Check Out This BONKERS UX Fail

So on the Twitters @whatusersdo have just put out this jolly report into getting a mortgage online. As you can probably imagine, the process is ‘pain central’ but there was one totally nuts finding:


You read that correctly. Users have to use the keyboard to move around a form. That is INSANE and utterly hilarious too.

I’m ashamed to admit I’m a BoS/Halifax customer and I really should switch over because they are about as much use as a one legged cat trying to bury a turd on a frozen lake.
